Disabling the X11 forwarding request message (Xmanager software is required)

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION or QUESTION


When I try to start a text-based application such as mc or vimx, I receive a popup message.
Why is this message displayed and how can I disable it?



RESOLUTION

Xshell is designed to interoperate easily with Xmanager (another NetSarang application). Xmanager is an Xserver which is required to run X11 applications or X11 features.
Some text-based applications, such as Midnight Commander(mc) or Vim(Vimx), attempt to connect to an Xserver to use X11 features when it believes it is in an X11 environment.
If you do not have to utilize X11 features when using the SSH protocol, you can turn off the related option in the session's properties.
