Creating log files for NetSarang program installation failures

In the case of a failed installation of a NetSarang program, it may be necessary to log the installation process for further investigation.

You can log the installation process by using the following command at the command prompt:

Program_package.exe /v"/l*v c:\\logfile.log"

Confirm that the logfile.log was created after product installation:

After the log file is created, you can analyze it to troubleshoot the problem or you can contact a NetSarang Support with the log file as an attachment.
