Xshell's window is automatically closed when I put the computer to sleep and then wake it up. This causes inconvenience for users because all connections are lost and cannot be reconnected using a simple click on the Xshell’s panel. Please note that Xftp does not have this problem.

There is an option in Xshell tools > Options > Advanced tab. Select the revert to local shell when connection is closed option.
Xftp's window minimized after reboot
