XLPD ERROR [1]

we are facing problem. Error picture is attached here with for your cosideration.
please guide us to resolve the problem.

Program Ver. : Xlpd 3.0

The screenshot only shows that Xlpd crashed but we cannot tell what caused the problem.

Did you try reinstalling Xlpd? If not, try uninstalling Xlpd and deleting the spool folder and and try installing again.

Spool folder is located under:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\NetSarang

*replace %USERNAME% with your real username.
