Access / Permissions Issue [2]

Problem:
When I attempt to run Xshell 4 via right clicking the desktop icon, run as administrator, I am greeted by the error:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

What I've done so far:
*Attempted to run Xshell 4 using the hidden admin account of Windows 8
*Re-installed
*Installations to both drives of the computer.

Key details:
Windows 8 64 Bit

Try going to the install directory and launching Xshell.exe directly.
