I am using IBM AIX server and windows 2000 client.

while ia m logon it ask username and password,how to avid this and login automaticaly.

c:\>telnet 172.16.1.105

can any one expalin?

Did you try the File->New command to create a session with Xshell?

You can create and open as many sessions as you want with Xshell.
