Unable to switch to other open windows [1]

Hi Folks,
I am using Windows 7 enterprise edition and Xshell 4. The problem is whenever I do a "Alt-Tab" or move to another window, the current open xshell window does not go to background or in simple terms the "other" window doesnt come forward.
Aware of this issue ?

Perhaps you have Always on top feature enabled. Make sure View > Always on top is not selected.
